Includes one large conference room, two breakout rooms, a private kitchenette, outdoor patio and ensuite restroom. Also includes high speed wifi, display, HD video conferencing system and whiteboard. *This space is has a separate address from our main coworking space. This address will be provided upon booking.

The Pioneer Collective is an independently owned coworking space in the heart of Seattle's Downtown. TPC offers flex space, dedicated desks, phone rooms, and meeting rooms. The Cedar Room
PLEASE NOTE: This room has a 4 hour minimum. A boardroom with natural light and an exterior window, perfect for your next meeting or offsite meeting of up to 10 guests. Room includes lots of whiteboard space for brainstorming, a projector and screen, as well as an HD video conferencing system. In room coffee service also included.
The Douglas Fir Room
Please note: this room has a 2 hour minimum Minimal, effecient conference room that seats up to 6. Includes a display, webcam, and whiteboards.
The Madrona Room
PLEASE NOTE: This room has a 4 hour minimum. A large room with abundant natural light for workshops, trainings and meetings with up to 16 attendees. Comes equipped with a large display, HD video conferencing system, and whiteboard and markers. Also includes a soft seating area with space for catering. In-room coffee service is included. PLEASE NOTE: This booking is limited to The Madrona Room. Please refrain from using the communal spaces and be respectful of coworkers and staff.
Coworking Drop-In
