The Pioneer Collective is an independently owned coworking space in the heart of Seattle's Downtown. TPC offers flex space, dedicated desks, phone rooms, and meeting rooms. We help people do the work that is most important to them by creating spaces that facilitate productivity and community. Intentional Design: We believe the built environment has a huge impact on our mental environment. We design spaces to fertilize creativity and productivity Organic Community: Working alongside others helps inspire and motivate us, and has potential for lasting human connections. We will tend and cultivate it, but not force it. It-Just-Works: Our members and guests are here to work, not troubleshoot. We take maintenance and upkeep seriously, so they never have to deal with unnecessary distractions. Stewardship: We care about our communities, whether that’s our planet, our neighborhood, or our friends & families. We always weigh these priorities when making decisions.
