We are practicing social distancing and wearing masks in common areas, such as reception, hallways, kitchen, lounge, restrooms, business center and conference rooms. Signs to follow the direction and policy of Commonwealth of Virginia have been posted on the premises.

Acrylic enclosure and divider have been placed at the reception desk. 

Dividers to conduct safe meetings have been placed on the conference tables to promote safe meetings. 

Automatic faucet adapters have been installed with touch less cup holders for the kitchen.

Gourmet coffee/ Beverage machine is touchless, and you can place your selection using your cell phone.

Touchless water faucets have been installed in the restrooms.

Hand sanitizer touch less dispensers have been placed at the entrance of the building and on our reception area.  Our staff will clean the lounge every hour and the meeting rooms after every use.

Reception and Great Falls Conference Room doors remain open between the hours of 8:30 am and 5pm for a touch less entry. 

"Building management and ownership are continuing to closely monitor developments related to the COVID-19 outbreak and related governmental orders. Greensboro Park continues to be open for building tenants. Please note that the Commonwealth of Virginia Governor’s Executive Order was issued and takes effect at 12:01am on Friday, May 29, 2020. This Order changes the “Stay-at-Home” order originally put in place on March 24, 2020 to a “Safer-at-Home” order. A copy of the order is attached to this e-mail for your reference.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ORDER REQUIRES THE USE OF MASKS OR FACE COVERINGS WHEN IN THE PRESENCE OF OTHER PERSONS. In order to comply with this order, we remind all tenants, staff and visitors who may enter the building to wear a mask or face covering and adhere to the requirements for social distancing issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Health."

The cleaning crew has increased frequency of cleaning of restrooms and high touch point areas throughout common areas (elevator buttons, door handles, etc.).  Additionally, they are also using disinfectants throughout the building that are approved by EPA to kill Covid-19. 

The building ownership and management is extremely vigilant about any cases of COVID 19 on the premises and enforces strict CDC orders when it comes to dealing with the same.

Most importantly, the Ownership, management and our staff keeps all informed of any andall developments as necessary.
