CTI REAL ESTATE would love to host your upcoming event. Our newly renovated sun-light filled space with nearly 4000 sqft ensures it is a welcoming space to enjoy. Brick Sidewalks, Street Lights, and the Adjacent Green Spaces makes it a friendly spot to stop by. We have 81 parking spaces available. Parking is free. The lot for our building is immediately across the street and there are typically 50+ spots available at any given time. Downtown Fredericksburg is a charming historic town but it’s also a thriving business district, cultural hub, and a home for so many people. It’s a place where generations have lived, worked, and preserved the historic fabric of our downtown. We’re proud that visitors, residents, locals, business owners, and property owners alike can benefit from our downtown shops, restaurants, service providers, offices, historic sites, and galleries. The Large Conference Room (288sqft) seats up to 16 people. The Conference Room features a Projector, an Executive Conference Table and Seating. Downtown Fxbg Multi-Purpose
The Multi-Purpose Event/Flex Space (598sqft) accommodates 50 people (seated) or 100 people (cocktail/standing). This space features an open floor plan allowing you to be creative with your setup and events. A range of audiovisual equipment is available to use in this space including a SmartTV, PA System with Bluetooth Speakers, and a Projector. Furniture included with this space includes, 8 Six Foot Tables, 50 Chairs, plus a Podium with Microphone. The Building features Comfort Zone Air Conditioning, Central Heat, Secure WiFi, Access to Kitchen Facilities, and the Multi-Stall Restrooms. Outside Food and Drinks/Catering Welcome. All Ages Welcome.

Our Small Conference Room (150sqft) Seats 8-10 individuals. Both Conference Rooms feature a Projector, an Executive Conference Table and Seating. The Building features Comfort Zone Air Conditioning, Central Heat, Secure WiFi, Access to Kitchen Facilities, and the Multi-Stall Restrooms. Outside Food and Drinks/Catering Welcome. All Ages Welcome.
