CTI REAL ESTATE would love to host your upcoming event. Our newly renovated sun-light filled space with nearly 4000 sqft ensures it is a welcoming space to enjoy. Brick Sidewalks, Street Lights, and the Adjacent Green Spaces makes it a friendly spot to stop by. We have 81 parking spaces available. Parking is free. The lot for our building is immediately across the street and there are typically 50+ spots available at any given time. Downtown Fredericksburg is a charming historic town but it’s also a thriving business district, cultural hub, and a home for so many people. It’s a place where generations have lived, worked, and preserved the historic fabric of our downtown. We’re proud that visitors, residents, locals, business owners, and property owners alike can benefit from our downtown shops, restaurants, service providers, offices, historic sites, and galleries.
