The Eisenhower Center is located directly adjacent to the new U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Headquarters in Carlyle Development, the U.S. Federal Courthouse and within walking distance of the Eisenhower Metro Station. The building will offer six stories, each with 17,000 square feet of rentable space. The development will also include 10,000 square feet of retail space as well as a six-level parking garage with a 314 car capacity.
