The Eisenhower Center is located directly adjacent to the new U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Headquarters in Carlyle Development, the U.S. Federal Courthouse and within walking distance of the Eisenhower Metro Station. The building will offer six stories, each with 17,000 square feet of rentable space. The development will also include 10,000 square feet of retail space as well as a six-level parking garage with a 314 car capacity. Building amenities include: a fitness center complete with a shower and locker room area.Eisenhower III Office Building includes six floors of office space just minutes from historic Old Town Alexandria and features immediate access to the Eisenhower Avenue Metro Station. Our executive office suite is conveniently located only a few blocks from the King Street and Eisenhower Metro stations with plenty of parking available (free lot/paid garage.) We are adjacent to the Albert V. Bryan courthouse, near Old Town Alexandria and Hoffman Center. Look for the yellow awning.
