Located on the southern side of Houston’s Theater District between Hermann Square and the Jones Hall for the Performing Arts, 720 Rusk is a three-story jewelbox building dating from 1935. Updated in 2017 to reflect its creative surroundings, the low-profile, high personality building offers a refreshing break from the office towers around it with its vibrant stucco façade, exposed brick, and well-loved woods.
