Common Desk - The Continental Gin Building
3309 Elm Street, Dallas, TX 75226
Originally built in 1888, the Continental Gin Building has been in Deep Ellum since the very beginning, and listed in the National Register of Historic Places, this building has no shortage of stories and character to make it stand out from the flashy new office developments being built in the area. What was once the world’s largest cotton gin manufacturer turned artist studio space is now serving the neighborhood as an experiential office, restaurant, and retail destination for the first time.
Common Desk was born and raised in Deep Ellum, just a few minutes away from CGB, and we’re so excited to have our second location in the neighborhood within the 2nd floor of this iconic building. Common Desk – Continental Gin boasts flexible office offerings of all shapes and sizes–from shared desks to single-person offices, all the way up to midsize offices and larger team suites. Ready to make history while you work from it? Book a tour to explore what Common Desk has brought to the reimagined Continental Gin Building!

I love the standing desks with monitors in this location. It was really easy to connect to the monitors and very comfortable.
