Our Glass Conference Room is the perfect space to hold a small, intimate meeting, or have private one on one in-person or video meetings. With frosted glass walls, you will experience privacy without feeling constricted to a small space. It has an 55" Smart TV with HDMI connections, Apple Airplay Screen Sharing, and simple Plug & Play A/V equipment. The room also has its own thermostat controls that you can set to your own comfort level! Other amenities include unlimited coffee, tea, and water, access to our shared kitchen with commercial grade appliances (warming ovens, refrigerator, microwave, quick cycle dishwasher, ice machines), and access to our business lounge. We also offer printing, copying, and notary services for an additional fee.

Our Pecan Conference Room has a great open feel with ample natural lighting from the floor to ceiling windows that boasts beautiful hill country views. It has an 82" Smart TV with HDMI connections, Apple Airplay Screen Sharing, and simple Plug & Play A/V equipment. It also has a large whiteboard, an IQ HEPA Air Filter System, plus a coffee and water bar upon request. The room also has its own thermostat controls that you can set to your own comfort level! Other amenities include unlimited coffee, tea, and water, access to our shared kitchen with commercial grade appliances (warming ovens, refrigerator, microwave, quick cycle dishwasher, ice machines), and access to our business lounge. We also offer printing, copying, and notary services for an additional fee.

If any person using the Center (including Client, Client’s employees, principals, agents, and guests) is infected with, or suspected of being infected with, COVID-19 or another infectious disease, 71Xsuites shall be promptly notified, subject to applicable privacy laws. 71Xsuites will use reasonable efforts to protect the identity of such person, if requested. All affected persons shall cooperate with 71Xsuites in its contact tracing efforts and other protocols in place to prevent and mitigate transmission within the Center and the broader community. 

71Xsuites reserves the right to create or revise the general health-related Rules and Regulations, in keeping with updated rules, recommendations, and regulations of CDC, OSHA, and local, city, state, and federal laws, in keeping with the current standard of care for prevention, preparedness, and response relating to COVID-19 or any other infectious disease. 71Xsuites shall have no responsibility to any client, occupant, or guest for the violation or non-performance by any other 71Xsuites clients, occupants, or guests of any of the existing, future, or amended Rules and Regulations.
