It has an 55" Smart TV with HDMI connections, Apple Airplay Screen Sharing, and simple Plug & Play A/V equipment. The room also has its own thermostat controls that you can set to your own comfort level! Other amenities include unlimited coffee, tea, and water, access to our shared kitchen with commercial grade appliances (warming ovens, refrigerator, microwave, quick cycle dishwasher, ice machines), and access to our business lounge. We also offer printing, copying, and notary services for an additional fee.

All affected persons shall cooperate with 71Xsuites in its contact tracing efforts and other protocols in place to prevent and mitigate transmission within the Center and the broader community. 

71Xsuites reserves the right to create or revise the general health-related Rules and Regulations, in keeping with updated rules, recommendations, and regulations of CDC, OSHA, and local, city, state, and federal laws, in keeping with the current standard of care for prevention, preparedness, and response relating to COVID-19 or any other infectious disease. 71Xsuites shall have no responsibility to any client, occupant, or guest for the violation or non-performance by any other 71Xsuites clients, occupants, or guests of any of the existing, future, or amended Rules and Regulations.
