Office Options is offering CoSpace FREE to new business start-ups, students, and military personnel. Simply stop at the Front Desk and show your student or military ID. If you're a new start-up, bring some business cards and tell us about your business! CoSpace (Free) is available Monday - Friday during normal business hours, 8am-5pm.
Training Room
The Office Options Training Room is spacious and comfortable. There are 14 tables and 28 chairs (extra chairs available). Unlimited WiFi and a mounted TV come with the room. Exactly what I needed at a great price. Just needed an office with wi-fi for 1 day as I passed through Knoxville. Easy to reserve, great location, nice office spaces, very friendly staff. Will most definitely return here if I need temp office space in Knoxville again.

We are committed to doing our part to keep you healthy and will continue to communicate any changes in service to you as quickly as possible.

In addition to our existing cleaning, disinfecting, and maintenance policies, we are also taking the following measures:
  

Cleaning and education:

Increased frequency and deep cleaning of hard surfaces in common areas – handrails, doorknobs, main door entrances and the like.

Subject to continued availability, hand sanitizer dispensers provided by the main building restrooms, include frequent maintenance to ensure the dispensers remain operational. 

Additional signage posted to educate you on how to prevent the spread of infection.  See attached posters from the CDC to also post within your workplace.

 

Staff precautions:

All staff have been advised to follow the infection prevention and control measures recommended by the CDC.

All staff are prepared to ensure critical building functions are maintained in an emergency.

All staff are instructed to stay home if they are feeling sick.
 

Communication updates:

We are increasing the frequency of electronic communications to eliminate unnecessary touching of frequently used hard surfaces.
 

Building operations:

We have reviewed business continuity plans with all staff and external vendors to ensure critical functions continue to be met in the event of staff absences.   If it should be necessary to shut down the building temporarily for deep cleaning in the event of heightened risk, we will advise our tenants as soon as possible and will take steps to reopen the building as soon as it is advisable to do so, based on the guidance of the CDC and our local health agencies.  

Preventing a pandemic is everyone’s job. You can help us prevent the spread of infection by doing the following:

Develop a business continuity and pandemic plan to prevent the spread of infection in your office and support your business operations in the event of increased absenteeism.

Provide employees with sanitizing products for their own workspaces or other personal protective equipment.

Educate employees & visitors on the importance of proper handwashing or hand sanitizing.

Recommend that employees stay home when sick.

Communicate with your property manager if you become aware of anyone who poses an elevated risk within your office (staff or visitors).

Make management aware if you need to close your office to work remotely.

Make sure we have current contact information for the appropriate people within your company in the event of an emergency.
