Great meeting space! There was plenty of parking. The building was easy to navigate. The space was clean, modern, and very professional looking. Everything we needed was available to us and was as stated in the reservation. It was quiet and comfortable. We were able to bring our own food in for lunch. The bathroom facilities were clean and well kept. Pricing was great, and my whole team was very pleased. I highly recommend it!

I highly suggest putting an all natural air freshener, reed oils, or something (I say all natural because synthetics trigger my allergies badly). We rented at 10am and the guy in there before us had bad BO and the room was hot and stuffy. It was awful to sit in there for hours after that stench.

I needed a place in Knoxville to conduct a couple of interviews. I was extremely satisfied with this location for two interviewers and a candidate. The room was very quiet, clean and convenient to I40. If I ever need another temporary office location in the Knoxville area, I'll be sure to rent this room again.
