With newly renovated offices, innovative technology, breathtaking views and a niche vintage car theme, Werkstatt360 is the ideal place to grow your business. The building is equipped with a full kitchen, coffee bar, fitness center, reserved parking garage space upon request and open outside veranda for events and additional work space. The Overlook Office Building is available 24 hours to members through controlled fob access to all main gates and doors. Conveniently located off of I-65 S, 12 miles from Downtown Nashville and Nashville International Airport.

The space itself was great and staff was very helpful and kind. The building was tricky to find and there could be more obvious signage throughout the parking lot and along the exterior stair cases. The email confirmation should include the phone number, and instructions on how to find the building entrance/a map.
