The building is equipped with a full kitchen, coffee bar, fitness center, reserved parking garage space upon request and open outside veranda for events and additional work space. The Overlook Office Building is available 24 hours to members through controlled fob access to all main gates and doors. Conveniently located off of I-65 S, 12 miles from Downtown Nashville and Nashville International Airport.
