They did not unlock the doors on time, so I missed out on 15 minutes of my reservation just waiting for someone to let me in. The experience would have been better if there was contact information to get ahold of the office space. The phone number listed on LiquidSpace is not correct and will not put you through to a contact. Even when I finally got an email back from someone at Launch, the phone number listed in that person's email signature was incorrect! I was routed to someone who said they have nothing to do with the Ohio location. Finally, someone from another location (I think?) was able to get me a contact for this location and someone came down to let me in after 15 minutes of waiting.
