This is a large Conference/Training room located in the downstairs area of the building. This space has stairs and is not accessible. The room has 2 - 55" TCL Roku Smart TV's with remotes. TV's have an HDMI connection on the wall that twins the display to both simultaneously. There is also a lectern in the front. The lighting has been upgraded to LED, recessed lighting with front and rear banks that can be controlled and dimmed from the front of the room. There is a breakroom with tables, a refrigerator, microwave, and Toaster oven located off the main room.

The building and this space are Handicap accessible. There is a bathroom on the same level as well as a coffee bar with coffee, hot cocoa, tea, and a filtered water system (hot, cold, room temp). Catering is available from several local restaurants and can be added on as needed.
