This is a reasonably sized conference room with a table and 6-8 chairs. It has 4 exterior windows with blinds to mitigate the afternoon, western sun. It also contains several skylights that provide natural light on the sunny days. It has a 55" Smart TV with HDMI connection as well as a room conferencing system with camera and speaker. The building and this space are Handicap accessible. There is a bathroom on the same level as well as a coffee bar with coffee, hot cocoa, tea, and a filtered water system (hot, cold, room temp). Catering is available from several local restaurants and can be added on as needed.

Video Conference ($)

Video conferencing system with TV mounted camera and speaker. Connectivity uses the HDMI connection and USB for the camera. This is to be used with your video conferencing software (Zoom, Teams, Goto, etc.). Tech assistance $50

We have several local venues including Moes, Panera, Pizza Jerks, and others as requested. Menus will be provided ahead of time and every effort will be made to accommodate the planned time. Admin fee $30

This is a large Conference/Training room located in the downstairs area of the building. This space has stairs and is not accessible. The room has 2 - 55" TCL Roku Smart TV's with remotes. TV's have an HDMI connection on the wall that twins the display to both simultaneously. There is also a lectern in the front. The lighting has been upgraded to LED, recessed lighting with front and rear banks that can be controlled and dimmed from the front of the room. There is a breakroom with tables, a refrigerator, microwave, and Toaster oven located off the main room.
