Spanning two floors, our West Village location embodies an intimate, residential feel with a secluded courtyard in back. With access to four meeting rooms, 9 phone booths, two floors of communal space, and complimentary food & beverages, the space makes it easy to work beautifully. In the landmarked American Railway Supply Building, members contribute to a legacy rich in artistry, industry, and innovation.

True to the historic West Village, the 10,000 square foot, two-floor workspace embodies an intimate, residential feel with a secluded courtyard in back. The Malin offers a variety of mixed seating, barista kitchen, phone booths, quiet-spaces, bookable meeting rooms and an on site team.
The Barrow Lounge
Lounge-style (sofa/armchair seating) room with soundproofing, fully-integrated AV, and screen-sharing capability.
The Bartlett Library
A mixed-use space featuring an eight-person conference table, plus lounge seating for six. Equipped with fully integrated AV and suitable for meetings, presentations, and small gatherings.
The Bleecker Room
Meeting room for up to 10 people with fully-integrated AV, screen-sharing capability and a conference table with built-in power.
