Dedicated Membership provides you 24/7-day access, a fixed seat in our workspace area, with 4-hours of monthly conference room booking credits, and above desk storage. You will be issued keyless access to The Farm, allowing you to enter at your convenience during the term of your membership. When joining as a dedicated member on this special promo, you will be charged for three months upfront after which your membership will convert to a month-to-month membership. After the initial 3-month term, memberships may be canceled at any time with at least 30-days prior notice to coincide with the end of a calendar month.

In this office, your team will have 2 conference rooms, 4 phone booths, 2 bathrooms, 2 lounge areas, and a kitchen! Suitable for teams of up to 30 people. This spacious 3,571 sq ft office has two separate entrances from Mercer and Broadway with both elevators and stairs. Easily reached by the N, Q, R, W, 6, A, C, E, 1, J, Z subway lines along Canal Street, and a short distance from the B, D, F, M subway lines at Broadway / Lafayette. The Farm 3rd Floor is located in the most desired neighborhood in New York.
Hot Desk
A Hot Desk membership provides you 24/ 7 access, a guaranteed seat in our workspace area, along with 4-hours of monthly conference room booking credits. You will be issued keyless access to The Farm, allowing you to enter at your convenience during the term of your membership. You will be charged a 3-month commitment at the time of signup with this promo, after which your membership will convert to a regular month-to-month membership which may be terminated after the promotional three-month term with at least 30-days prior notice coinciding with the end of a month.

Our designer event space is the perfect spot for your birthdays, bridal shower, baby shower, engagement, wedding, product launch, charity parties, off-site company meetings, workshops, networking events, lectures, or panels. The space features a DJ booth overlooking the venue and also modular furnishings designed to be used for events of all kinds. The Lounge: The Lounge is adjacent to the main hall and is comprised of two rooms that can be joined or kept separate according to your needs.
