Beautiful space, quiet, clean, and bright! A great place to work individually or co-work with teams. The Farm has multiple different types of work areas to meet your productivity needs - from a treehouse with bean bags, to phone booths for private calls, bar style seating / standing desk space, and long communal tables. Definitely an upgrade from the coffee shops I've been frequenting and for a very affordable price (best in Soho)! There's also a Deli right next door that makes a mean omelet and coffee for only $6. Convenient, comfortable, and conducive to getting stuff done, The Farm is my #1 work space of choice for NYC.

The space was good, but it took a lot to get into the space on a Sunday. When first arriving in the morning, it took 15mins to get in. Then coming back in for lunch, it took 35mins to get in the door.

It's a pain in the ass to get into this space as there are several doors you must get buzzed through, which is a problem if you need to leave and come back (e.g. for lunch). Space is not very attractive. The main room looks like a textile factory only there are startups & computers instead of sewing machines. They have a couple of private phone booths near the front, but there is insufficient ventilation so they get super-hot.

The space was great, and really came in handy when I was in the city. The experience would have been better, however, if there wasn't an entire office taking over the communal space as if they were the only people in there looking to get work done. Talking loudly on cell phones, pacing back and forth throughout the room, shouting to each other's work desks. Totally obnoxious. Meanwhile, everyone else there wanting to work in peace had to have this total rude & inconsiderate cocky display in the foreground throughout the entire day. The Farm workers really should ban whole offices from using the communal space. Rent a more private desk space (like all if the other legitimate offices did) in the back room! The front room should be for individuals and **small** groups only. Or, at the very least, someone working there should have asked them to contain their conversations or keep the noise level down.
