I booked this room last minute because I needed a quiet space for an important phone call. I appreciated that it was available in the neighborhood and that I could book it immediately on my phone, which was very convenient. That said, the booking process was a little inconvenient when I tried on my laptop—it didn’t come up, so I had to switch back to my phone. I also couldn’t find the same location easily on the main website. The main issue for me was sound privacy. Unfortunately, I could hear people outside talking, and they could hear my conversation as well. Since I needed confidentiality, I wasn’t able to complete my call and had to reschedule. For regular work on a computer, this room might be fine, but I wouldn’t recommend it for calls that need to be private. It would be helpful if staff were available to address issues during a booking, or if there were an option to switch to a different room if needed. Having soundproof rooms would also make a big difference. Overall: good for work, not suitable for private calls.

LOVED IT ! I got there really really late but he still allowed me to stay for an extra 30 minutes after my time free of charge (since there was no one else after me) was able to do what I needed to do and leave the place is not loud but the walls are thin so you can hear other people conversations noise level from 0 to 10 I would say is a 3-4.5

The manager was rude. I spoke with him after we finished using the space to make sure everything waa ok and he literally did not say a word and dismissed me with an arrogant nod (as if I were disturbing him). I will never use this space again or suggest it to any of my business associates.

The main reason I reserved this space was to have a Skype call with several people in Los Angeles. The internet connectivity was awful. We were unable to have the call so we went down to the Starbucks and did it. The only good part of this experience was a Starbucks was within a block of the office.

Used hot desk #1 as a quick touchdown space for Skype video conference. I was happy to discover they had a Skype specific wi-fi. As other comments mention, walls are thing however, it was quiet during my time there. Front desk receptionist was very nice, space was clean and was fairly priced. I would recommend!

Nice space, great staff. Beyond professional and exceptionally helpful. Only caveat (not a complaint) is that the walls are thin and if someone is speaking at anything above a conversational tone (like a phone call) you will hear it.
