The meeting room offers quiet allowing you and your guests to hold a highly successful meeting. We make sure to present our office to your guests, as it is your own office space and not an on-demand conference room rental. We do not have signage in the office indicating our business name. Our full seventh-floor space is a generic (but not sterile), professional, and homey environment where you and your guests will feel comfortable and at home. Our professional receptionist team will greet and assist you and your clients from the moment you arrive, including seating them in the lobby if they come early and bringing them to your reserved meeting room once you are ready. Our on-site management team is on-site during business hours should you require any assistance. This highly desired meeting room is named after the zip code 10278 located across the street from The Jacob K. Javits Federal Building. The building has its own zip code and falls under the jurisdiction of the United States Federal Protective Service for any and all law enforcement and protection issues. The rate for the room is $45/hr, $155/half day and $295/full day. We offer an extremely high speed and secure WiFi connection in the meeting room as well as a backup internet service in case of any outage with our main internet. We offer a phone in the meeting room with free domestic calling, a printer, and a copier right outside the room for printing, scanning, and copying (the first 10 pages are free).
