Positioned next to a large window with open city and water views, the space gets beautiful natural light throughout the day. The setup is clean and ready to go, with a spacious wood desk, ergonomic chair, and polished concrete floors that give the room a calm, professional feel. It's an open, collaborative studio environment, which makes it a natural fit for designers, architects, and other creative professionals. Renting a desk includes use of our address for mail and packages, access to a conference room with wireless screen connectivity, complimentary coffee and tea, and printing and plotting services (billed monthly based on usage). Design professionals also get access to our resource library, featuring materials from a curated selection of furniture, stone, and wallcovering manufacturers.
