We were satisfied with our time at Nomadworks Times Square (conference room). Some minor issues were that the videoconferencing tools that we paid for were not set up in the room when we arrived, there was only one marker in the room for the white board, and some of the chairs were broken or off in some way that made them uncomfortable. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, and got us set up with the videoconferencing. Once it was set up, the OWL device worked very well. The speaker and microphone were great and our virtual attendees commented on how well they were able to hear. One of the front desk team also brought our lunch delivery directly to us on the 3rd floor instead of calling us to the desk on the 2nd floor which was very thoughtful and I really appreciated. I would book this space again.
