We want to assure you that we’ve been working diligently with building management to plan and implement several measures for everyone’s safety.
To recap some of these measures:
Deactivating the keypad entry at all common area bathrooms – providing for a shoulder or elbow push open of the door.
Ensuring all Purell dispensers in all common area bathrooms are operational and full (as long as supplies last). The same diligence is being taken for hand soap in these common area restrooms.
Adding another day porter (to support the existing day porter) who is focused on the disinfecting of all common area touchpoints throughout the property (door handles, push bars, elevator buttons, etc.)
Mounting notifications at each building entrance and building atrium providing key CDC information on steps to limit the spread of the virus.
Cleaned all common area flooring (Shampooed common area corridors, walk off mats, atrium rugs, etc. and scrubbed all tiled regions in atriums, entrance vestibules, common area restrooms, etc.)
Replaced HVAC filters for units servicing all common areas and Tenant premises.
Cleaned all common restrooms (tiled walls, floors, fixtures, etc.) using Kaivac low pressure spray equipment.
Outfitted all building management personnel with personal protective equipment (i.e. facial coverings and gloves) which shall be worn at all times when present in building common areas or in Tenant premises.
Building cafés (Cup O’ Joe) will be opening with limited menu options for the near term. Each café location is outfitted with cashless payment options (i.e. credit card) and digital payment infrastructure (i.e. Apple Pay) to help reduce the transfer of physical currency. The cafés encourage advanced ordering by phone to reduce any wait times and reduce physical transactions.
If you have any further questions regarding how we are managing the spread of the COVID-19 virus in our building, please feel free to give us a call at the office or send us an email.
