Beautiful space. Lots of phone booths and open tables. Great kitchen.

Nice space. It is a shame that there are so few phone booths - all six were full for most of the day. The receptionist was very strictly enforcing a "no calls outside of phone booths" policy as well, meaning I had to miss several meetings at short notice.

Overall the space is nice (though their directions on how to find and gain entrance to the space were missing many critical details. I've provided better directions, further below...). When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk to greet me, so I had to walk around for a bit, and finally asked another person where I could simply 'drop-into' an open space. They pointed me to a small room at the front (on the Greenpoint Ave side of the floor) and which had one long desk with about four separate workstations. When I was first trying to figure out where the main entrance to this space was, I called their number twice, got no answer...finally left a message...but never got a call back from anyone. So it seems that if you are having challenges, you may have to figure things out on your own, or with the help of other people there, like yourself. (Private) bathrooms were very nice and plentiful. Kitchen was very nice and apparently they normally have kombucha on tap (though none seemed to be available when I was there...), some decent brewed coffee and some free snacks. Workstations all seemed to have staplers, papers, pens available. Note that simple 'open workstations' there (vs the more expensive private office spaces) are not plentiful, so if that is what you want to reserve (an open workstation), you need to be aware that...I think there is only one room with four actual 'workstations'. Otherwise, where you will end up working is essentially in areas that are more along the lines of 'kitchen areas' found at many company offices, or else in an open 'networking'/lounge type area. You will be working either from a couch, a 'booth', or a cafe table. I tell you all this because...I don't know about you, but...when I want to reserve/work from a workspace, I want a space that FEELS like a workspace. If I wanted to work in a 'cafe space', then heck, I could just work from any local coffeeshop, etc. Now, as for how to FIND the place and enter the building.... Assuming you are walking/cycling from the direction of the G train and/or McGuinness Boulevard... while, 'yes', the building is between Newel and Jewel Streets, there is also PROVOST STREET between the two, and which ends almost DIRECTLY in front of the main entrance to Bond Collective. Just before you reach the main entrance to Bond Collective, you will first pass some tall black double gates, behind which is a large driveway of sorts, with what appear to be loading docks. (This is where I first tried to enter, and since that entire stretch of building all has the same building number...) Continue PAST those gates, and you should see Provost Street off to the left, and immediately after that, on your right, is the main entrance to Bond Collective. The main entrance has two double-doors made of glass. HOWEVER, the door on the left side is LOCKED. Only the door on the right side will open. (I made the mistake - naturally - of trying to open the door on the left, and because I'd already been having such issues finding the entrance, I thought 'oh great...this entrance isn't correct, either. It seems you need a keycard to get into here.' So I had to walk BACK to the driveway with the tall black gates, and ask the security guard there, who actually told me that only the Bond Collective entrance door on the RIGHT works...that the one on the LEFT does not. Gee, how nice of Bond Collective to tell US this point, eh?) Once you get into the building, the rest of the directions are accurate. You will see an elevator just inside and to the right. Take it up to the second floor, and then just hope that you will indeed see an employee there, to greet you and show you to your space.

Very nice, bright and clean space. Fast wi-fi, several different kinds of workspaces, and lot of snack and beverage options. Would highly recommend!

Staff was great, clean, and spacious. I was really impressed with the set up and will definitely be coming back.
