A perfect space to host your company event, dinner, mixer or party. Our 3000sq ft facility comes complete with a main event room to set with rectangle, round or high top tables, a secondary smaller rose room to utilize for buffet style food, bar lounge area or photo booth section, and a lobby or grand entrance area. There are 2 restrooms, AC, heat,wifi, and plenty of parking. We have professionally installed state of the art sound sytems in both rooms as well as installed color changing led lights to set for your event theme.

We are a perfect space to hold meetings, summits and micro conventions. We can hold up to 120 people. Our space includes a main meeting room (approx 1700sqft), a lobby (perfect for event check in), and a smaller secondary room perfect for breakouts, coffee and food service (approx 550sqft). Total space square footage is 3000. We have state of the art sound systems installed in both rooms, bluetooth wireless microphones, led color changing lights to set to brand colors or other. Facility includes a healthy vending machine complete with (coffee, energy drinks, low carb and high protein snacks), but there is also a restaurant in our business complex and multiple restaurants & cafes all within a mile of the venue. The space has plenty of parking and is ground level for easy load in and load out. We have a 55' 4k Ultra hd tv available as well as projector hook up options. Wifi available
