Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. I booked the room by mistake on the wrong date and tried to contact the team immediately that same day to correct it. Today is December 4th, and I haven't received any response, solution, or refund. Communication was nonexistent, and that hurt me because I needed to rent a space again, and there was no availability elsewhere. Very disappointed with the lack of customer support.
