This was a terrible experience from the onset: 1. The instructions weren’t accurate with gaining access to the building 2. None of the listed phone numbers worked to get in contact with the host 3. Once inside, the host didn’t know which room I booked. 4. Once the host realized what room I booked, we got locked outside the building for a half hour 5. The dry erase markers didn’t work for the whiteboard 6. The 2-toilet bathroom only had 1 working toilet and no paper towels
