The room worked well for my coworker and me overall. My only concern was the temperature—it was set at 69 degrees, and because we were seated the entire time, it felt uncomfortably cold. A setting closer to 71 degrees would have been much more comfortable.

Excellent space for a meeting. Bright, comfortable. Only bummer was that the coffee bar was out of all their milk options so drink menu was very limited.

Wonderful place to get work done with coffee and food steps away if you need it. Wifi was fast and smooth. Just a note that the room actually does not fit 10. More than 5 would feel crowded.

I appreciate that Capital One offers this room for free to students, alumni, and non-profit groups. Meeting Room 2 is a nice, quiet space—great for small meetings or work sessions. The café location is a plus since we could easily grab drinks and snacks without leaving the building. The room is ideal for around 6–8 people

This meeting room is a fantastic free resource for students, alumni, and non-profit organizations. I’d like to thank Capital One for providing such a valuable space. The room includes a TV with an easy plug-in setup for laptops, which made it convenient to present to a larger group. Since it’s inside a café, we didn’t need to worry about beverages or snacks. The Ambassador was very helpful. You can contact them when making your reservation. While the room is designed for up to 10 people, it can comfortably fit around 15 if needed. I recommend reaching out to the Ambassador ahead of time if you plan to have more than 10 attendees.

Very comfortable, fully equipped space and having the cafe available for coffee/food was a nice bonus!

I have been coming here for years but the past few experiences have been not super great. The most recent experience was frustrating because I was told an "exception" to using the room for more than 2 hours would be considered and then was told in person it was not possible because the room had to be used for training purposes. However, the room remained empty for the rest of the day. So I was lied to by staff. Both of the non-profit organizations that I was doing work for while there are very disappointed. I thought these rooms were supposed to be for the community but they are really just lunch/break rooms for staff (I've seen staff eating in there). This seems really unprofessional and the rooms should likely not be listed as an option if they aren't really intended for public use. The past few times I have also been made to feel like I am not welcome/supposed to be there when I did in fact have a reservation - someone came in last week and said "well I saw you on the cameras and wanted to ask what you were doing here". They interrupted my meeting and came across SO rude. Very unhappy with my recent experiences and both my organizations have suggested finding another place to work which is disappointing. Not sure what Andy is doing with the place. Things were much better when Matt was around.

We really enjoyed having our support group at the Southport location. The space was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The satff was very helpful. We are looking forward to continuing having our program at the Capital One Cafe.

Great space, good snacks & coffee/tea, and the people there were super nice!

Could use 2 more real chairs with back vs ottoman(s). Also a door is needed on the other conference room. Can a larger table be brought in so it sits 6 comfortably-- Or perhaps slimmer chairs to have 6 sit a table?

The room was fairly small, the chairs in the room did not all have a back which made it difficult to be there for long periods of time. But I realize we were probably not your usual users.
