Nearby amenities include four & five star hotels, restaurants/bars, cafes. A waterfront location with 3,000 SQFT private patio. Modern business center with floor to ceiling waterfront windows and an abundance of natural light.

Join us in our coworking lounges. There are 3 lounges on-site, all provided maximum space between members for safety and privacy. Choose from our outdoor waterfront patio, our waterfront indoor lounge space, or our quiet desk space. 24/7 drop-in access with access to all onsite amenities. This membership includes a professional business address and $60 credit each month for conference room bookings.
Dedicated Desk
Dedicated desk within a private office space. Unable to leave belongings or lock the office space. Membership includes $60 credit toward meeting room bookings per month, unlimited coffee, printing, wifi, guest reception and professional mail services. Right near reception, this conference room also has an additional catering kitchen feature to allow for easy catering delivery and storage attached to your meeting space for an additional fee. Presentation screen has an easy wireless connection setup ideal for presentations, training sessions and board meetings.

Cozy conference room set up for one-on-one meetings, phone calls, video conferences, or a quiet place to work. With seating for two, this room is ideal for a private conversation, interviews, or consultations.

Cozy conference room set up for one-on-one meetings, phone calls, video conferences, or a quiet place to work. With seating for two, this room is ideal for a private conversation, interviews, or consultations.
Skyline
Large bright exterior conference room overlooking the Tampa Harbour. This room features a customizable setup with furnishing that can be easily moved to create the design of your choice. This room is ideal for meetings or training sessions for up to 8 attendees. Our presentation screen has an easy wireless connection setup ideal for presentations, training sessions and board meetings.
Tampa Room
Large interior classroom/training room style meeting space with comfortable seating for up to 30 attendees, depending on the setup. Two 75’ inch TVs and two 8 FT x 4 FT mounted whiteboards. Desks and chairs on wheels for easy and flexible setup options within the 950 SQFT space. Presentation screens have easy wireless connection setup for presentations and screen sharing.

Health and Safety Policy

Keeping our Members, Guests & Team Members safe is of the utmost importance to Office Evolution. To ensure our community remains healthy the following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) are in place.


Cleaning

Cleaning shared surfaces regularly with disinfectant

Providing hand sanitizer in each meeting room as well as throughout co-working spaces and common areas

Meeting room tables and chairs, credenzas, and remote controls sanitized after every meeting

 

Hygiene & Public Health

Facial coverings are not required for FULLY VACCINATED individuals. Although not required for fully vaccinated indivdiuals we encourage facal coverings when moving about our common areas.

Wash hands frequently and properly. 

Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, not your hands, and use hand sanitizer regularly. 

Please dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues.

Refrain from touching your nose or mouth. If you do, please wash your hands afterwards.

 

Social Distancing

We are strongly encouraging Members and Guests to abide by social distancing guidelines when possible. To assist with this we have reduced our common area seating to 50%.

 

If You Are Sick

For the safety of our community, we are asking members who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough and cold to stay home. Please! Not only is this common courtesy, it will help you recover more quickly and keep your immune system strong.
