I am writing to let you know that despite having a reservation at 6:30PM today we were not given the room we were promised. Instead, we waited 40 minutes for a small closet that could only hold 3 people. As such, each Board Member (6 total) will be leaving a negative review for the Capital One branch on Google Maps, which was resolved at the meeting today.
