We continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation and will continue to provide helpful information. We recommend you follow the World Health Organization, the CDC, and Global Workspace Association for up-to-date information.
The health and safety of our employees, members, and visitors is of paramount importance. Therefore, we have implemented the following health and safety policies:
-Masks: Everyone is required to wear a mask covering the nose and mouth in all common areas. Members and any other visitors may only take off their masks in a private office with the door closed.
-Social Distancing: We have designated seating to accommodate for social distancing in our common areas and meeting rooms. We ask that all members and visitors keep a six foot distance from each other and our staff.
-Cleaning: We are frequently cleaning and have removed many of the items that would be frequently touched. Conference rooms are cleaned after each use.
-Hygiene: Please wash your hands frequently and properly. Hand sanitizer is also readily available in the kitchen and reception areas.
-If you have traveled: We ask all employees, members, and visitors to adhere to the District of Columbia’s Travel Policy. Please do not plan to return to the office unless you have followed the testing or quarantine requirements.
-If you are sick: For the safety of our coworkers and community, we are asking members who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to please stay home. Not only is this common courtesy, it will help you recover more quickly and keep your immune system strong.
-If you have come in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19: Please follow the District of Columbia’s guidelines to keep our community safe.
