We actually used Expansive's Training Room as the Board Room was (at the time of booking) incorrectly advertised on LiquidSpace as being able to hold 65 people. Marcello at Expansive apologized for the confusion, however, and reserved the Training Room for us, which was big enough for our group. He also still honored the price that we had booked for the smaller room. Expansive is somewhat basic as far as amenities go and we brought in a lot of our own equipment, and had to move tables/chairs around (and put them back) ourselves. We brought our own mobile hot spot as we weren't sure that the Expansive guest Wi-Fi would be sufficient; it seemed slow when I had tested it out with just my phone at our walk-through. Also, the air vents in the Training Room are loud and make it more difficult to hear people speaking (with or without an audio device). While we got a very low rate for this room, I'm not sure if we'll be able to use it again for our group. We'll likely spend more money to go to a space that is better set up for us.
