The receptionist, Catherine (or Katherine) was incredibly helpful and courteous. The office was comfortable and spacious. However, it did not have wireless printing (the printer drivers had been stolen or lost) and this meant that we had to save our documents to a flash drive, give them to Katherine, and have her print them.
This was awkward.
