Overall, this is a nice meeting room. For two people, it is a perfect apace. For 3 people, It is slightly "cozy." One of your guests will be blocked in once he/she sits down - meaning the person will not be able to get up from his/her seat, without the other person getting up and getting out of the way.
On serious issue that management should address... portions of the walls in the office have long needed some paint. There are significant chair markings around where your clients sit down. There is just not a lot of space between the desk and the wall, so client chairs hit and mark the wall. The scarring on the walls from the chairs makes the room seem a bit shabby and lower-end if you are hosting a higher end client.
The office's reception area is nice. The reception staff are pleasant and welcoming. The bathrooms are always clean
