I loved the experience. Staff very professional, quiet and comfortable place. I´d recommend for those who look for a coworking space in Denver.

I'd like the option of no stars at all.
1. We were told we could arrive at 9:30 to prep for a 10:00 meeting, and there would be someone there to set up chairs, make coffee, etc. After we called her at 9:30, Sybilla finally arrived at 9:45. She had asked someone already on-site to let us in, and we found:
2. Dirty dishes in the sink, dirty counters, left-over food and wine strewn around. Tables and chairs not arranged. We had been told that we could use the fridge to keep our drinks cold, but it was absolutely jammed with left-over lunches, etc. Sybilla was still addressing these issues when attendees began arriving, and of course no coffee. We set up the chairs and moved the tables ourselves.
3. Our presenter had visited the space the week before to be sure that her PowerPoint
would work correctly. It worked fine then, but on Saturday, the correct cable (yours) could not initially be found and when it was found, system still did not work. After over 1/2 hour of futzing around, a work-around, with results not as satisfactory as what it should have been.
4. At 1:15, a woman with a dog in tow arrived and started loading the dishwasher and cleaning up counters, etc. (Apparently she does not work on Fridays). The dog was allowed to roam loose in the room, distracting from the program, until I asked her to keep the dog with her. At the end when most attendees had left, she asked if there were "any men" who could help her stack the chairs. I told her that everyone had left, and that we had already had to set up the room. She replied, "I understand, but I'm here alone." I told her she should take that up with her boss, and she thanked me snottily for my help, then went outside, found 2 attendees who were still there, and asked them to help her!
In many years of conference attendance, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I think a partial refund of the rental fee is in order.

The conference room worked out beautifully. I apologize for not putting the tables back together after the meeting.

I thought the space was very comfortable and stylish, the amenities were great, and the staff was very helpful. The price for a single-day pass was about right too, and I definitely plan to leverage this workspace location again.
