This space is a two hours maximum per day.
This private room has a 55” TV Screen that can be utilized for presentations. Room is equipped with HDMI Cables and Audio Panel. No Video Conference capability.
**Please note that these free conference rooms are available to registered nonprofit organizations. Capital One has a fundamental belief that the non-profit community is a valuable part of our society and we aim to allow as many non-profits as possible to use our free space; however, Capital One reserves the right to decline organizations. Religious and political groups are not permitted to use the community space. In addition, each reservation will be limited to a total of two hours maximum per day. More than two hours will require an exception.**

This Capital One Cafe located in Walnut Creek, CA. It's a cool space where you can get a handcrafted cup of coffee from our in-house Verve, connect to free wi-fi, and get Capital One help from one of our friendly ambassadors when you need it. Nonprofits, and student organizations can book our Community Room for two hours at a time. We also provide private nooks, which are first come, first served, and available to anyone in the space. Visit us or reserve a community space for future visits.

The rooms are clean. The fluorescent lighting is a bit harsh, and wish there was a floor lamp one could turn on instead of the above lights.

We had the best experience! Booking the room was easy and convenient and the set up was fantastic! I was easy to hook up my laptop to the large screen and the room came equipped with a large white board, markers, etc. everything we needed for a team meeting/discussion. Would highly recommend and will be reserving this space again in the future!

Everything was great, the only thing I had some trouble with was the internet. Usually, the WiFi is speedy but in that room the connection wasn't as strong. I was in an interview and it lagged/disconnected twice. It wasn't terrible, but I would suggest booking another meeting room if you want faster internet speed.

Very nice contemporary room for a meeting of about six to eight people. Comfortable and clean. Great wifi. However, slight acoustics issue - the high ceiling created an echo effect that made it difficult for our Zoom participants to hear. If your group doesn't need to be concerned about that, this space is perfect. And free.
