The room is perfect, it is very clean and ample sized. Making a reservation is also a breeze. The food and coffee is mediocre and overpriced, like many things in Walnut Creek.

We had the best experience! Booking the room was easy and convenient and the set up was fantastic! I was easy to hook up my laptop to the large screen and the room came equipped with a large white board, markers, etc. everything we needed for a team meeting/discussion. The space was perfect for our annual staff meeting. It was clean, spacious and sound-proof (no disturbances to or from the other individuals using the main areas of the café). It was so convenient having the café on site for coffees and other treats. The staff, from the host to the baristas, were all friendly and helpful, and the communication in reserving the space was excellent. The location is great as well, as there were many places within walking distance to choose from for lunch, once our meeting was over.

Everything was great, the only thing I had some trouble with was the internet. Usually, the WiFi is speedy but in that room the connection wasn't as strong. I was in an interview and it lagged/disconnected twice. It wasn't terrible, but I would suggest booking another meeting room if you want faster internet speed.

Very nice contemporary room for a meeting of about six to eight people. Comfortable and clean. Great wifi. However, slight acoustics issue - the high ceiling created an echo effect that made it difficult for our Zoom participants to hear. If your group doesn't need to be concerned about that, this space is perfect. And free.

Our meeting went a little longer than expected. I could tell that they were closing. Even then the staff was courteous enough not to rush us. We left 10min before 7 and were fare welled with smiles. The community rooms are clean, private, yet easily accessible. Thank you all for creating such a welcoming environment. Top notch!

This is the second time we have used this space for an event and we really love the location, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is very friendly. The only issue we had surrounded pre ordering food and coffee service. I think there was a change in personnel and don't think this is a normal issue for them. Definitely recommend!

Conference call (via Zoom) audio and video quality was outstanding!
Amazingly, though, we never did figure out how to regulate audio volume: the controller provided had no effect. The volume was set almost painfully high.I think we may have driven out several folks from the neighboring spaces.📢
