The space is located near the 10 & 405. We are right next to the beach so it is the best place to have a meeting, followed by a happy hour at one of the many restaurants on 3rd Street or Ocean. We have wifi, phone conferencing, and a TV to plug in your laptop for a presentation. This space seats up to 8 comfortably. We provide coffee, tea, & water, and you can order in your own catering if you'd like to have a lunch setup for your meeting. There is a great public parking lot directly across the street on 4th street. You can park in there for around $1 per hour for the first 3-4 hours. Definitely cheaper option than the building. We just ask that you keep the room as you found it so we can take care of the next guests the way we take care of you :) If you need a more permanent solution we also offer full-time offices and virtual mailing services for small businesses. Our large conference room is located near the 10 and the 405. We are just a few blocks from the beach, and you'll be able to enjoy the beach view while renting this space! We have a TV to connect your laptop to, a whiteboard, and with the flick of a switch you can frost the glass facing the reception area for more privacy. We also have coffee, tea, & water for you and your guests. The space fits up to 16 people so plenty of room for a larger style meeting, and of course we have a phone for conferencing people in, as well as WiFi. The best place to park is "Public Parking 9" which is located directly across the street from our building at 1136 4th Street. The first 90 minutes are free, and then after that it is still much cheaper than the actual building.
