*Please review the Study Room Guidelines and then scroll down to the bottom of the webpage to reserve your room.* Study Room Guidelines: • Please check-in at the Reference Desk upon arrival so that Library staff can assist you with your booking. • Rooms can be booked for up to 1 hour. Longer reservations will be modified. • One booking per day, per group. Duplicate reservations will be deleted. Individuals may not be part of more than one group. • Bookings may be scheduled up to one week in advance. • One user Library Card or school/government official photo ID will be held for check-in and returned at check-out. • Study Rooms will be held for 15 minutes past the beginning of the reserved time. After that time the reservation will be cancelled. • Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. • No in-and-out privileges. (i.e. leaving in the middle of your booking to have lunch). Due to high demand, your room will be given to other users if the room is vacated. Commercial advertising, vending, selling or soliciting of any type, as well as any other commercial or for-profit activities, are strictly prohibited on Library grounds. Library staff reserves the right to cancel or remove groups who violate our policies without prior notice. The Central Park Library is the largest Santa Clara City Library facility. With more than 80,000 square feet of floor space, it houses the majority of the Library's collection. Some of the Central Park Library's features include: group study rooms, large community rooms, public art, more than 100 public computers, high speed Internet connection for personal laptops, a computer training facility, a café and bookstore, our renowned genealogy and local history collection, a children's garden, fireplaces, lovely park views, and, of course, our extensive collection of materials for educational and recreational use.
