We are a Video Production Company with some room to spare! We have two offices available for rent in a casual but professional setting. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Both offices offers privacy and are furnished. They are located across from each other This is an ideal environment for entrepreneurs who need their own space to be able to focus and get work done in a creative and friendly environment. We are just off the 55 fwy/ Dyer which means you are close to the 405 fwy, 5 fwy and John Wayne Airport. Parking is just outside the door which means no hiking to your car or office. We have an extra office available for a professional to come and get their work done within a quiet and friendly environment. The office measures 11'7" x 9'7".
This office has a sliding glass door which opens into a private hallway and is light an airy. For privacy, there is a curtain on the inside of the sliding glass door. This comes furnished with an editing desk, chair, and cubby hole bookcase.
The business atmosphere is professional, creative, and friendly. You would have access to our kitchen: refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave and filtered water. Also, included are utilities and wifi.
We have convenient parking out in front of our building. No elevators, stairs or parking garages to deal with! We are located one block from the Dyer exit and the 55 fwy. It's quick to hop on the freeway after a busy day and is 405 fwy/ 55 fwy/ John Wayne Airport accessible. Our building has security cameras and alarm system for after hours.
