This space can be configured for boardroom meetings, seminars, workshops, training sessions, testing room, classroom style set-up, depositions, etc. It is easily configured for your exact needs. Included in the price is a complimentary adjoining break-out / consultation room as well as wifi, podium, LCD stand, projection screen/white board and charging station. The white board is 18’ long (almost the entire length of the conference room) and is on rolling metal panels. It was custom designed for the room with specialized treated panels from Moz Metal Designs. (We do not provide extension chords, please bring your own if you need them.) Also included is a 57" monitor/screen on the wall along with HDMI chord for your PC and Apple TV for your Mac. Any additional connectors renter should provide. Room Configurations Theater Style - 45 people (all chairs - no tables), Classroom Style - 24 people, Boardrooom Set up 12 people & additional seating (Theater style seating - $50 set up fee) ***Standard Setup is classroom style for 24 people unless requested differently** The main door to the meeting room must be CLOSED at all times so not to disrupt other tenants in the building. **Please be advised there is a 2 hour minimum when scheduling bookings. ***$75 non-refundable fee for food/beverages brought in if room is not left neat, clean and tidy. ***$50 set up for theater style seating
