The room itself is missing A/C or a window, but it's equipped and looks as advertised.

Nice clean room with good sized whiteboard. No whiteboard markers in the room initially, which delayed our meeting a little bit, but the lady at front desk was helpful and brought them down within a few minutes upon request.

Great experience, nice space, good service and amenities, prime location, Pilarica is a sweetheart.

although overall everything was okay, the seating chairs were dirty. i had to dust them before guest arrived.

The check-in process is a pain. First, the elevator is sketchy and so old! You take the old, slow elevator to the 5th floor to check-in, then take it down to the office floor.
The room size was good though it was on the 2nd floor above a garage that loudly beeped whenever a car was exiting. Finally, greasy food exhaust wafted up into the office the entire time.

I was disappointed in the space. There didn't seem to be a good process for check-in and the office location was not clearly marked. The internet speeds were terrible and my team made a group decision to leave after meeting for only 2.5hrs into a 6 hour booking. I will not use this location again.

NO AIR! Definitely a problem. No windows open. The circulation is not good.

The only comment I'd make is that I wish there was a better way to access the room, especially if there are numerous participants who are arriving at different times. For example, the receptionist left for lunch and no one else was around when one of our guests arrived, so it took almost 15 minutes for us to figure out how to get our guest upstairs to our suite! One of your other customers assisted us because they had an access card and they let us use it. That is the only drawback. Thank you.

Very nice space as shown, got a little hot and crowded with 13 people. Coffee service down the hall. The elevator did not unlock until 9:05 for a 9am reservation, so we all had to wait on the street.

Good location a few blocks from Bart. Clean, private conference room. I didn't see a wifi password in the room, so we couldn't use the internet. And there were no markers for the whiteboard.

It's a very nice little office space. Bring whiteboard markers as the supply there may be minimal. Note that you do have to go up to the 5th floor and get them to buzz you down to the 2nd, though that was pretty straightforward.
