The Trade Coffee & Coworking is indeed, a café -- but instead of simply providing Internet access, The Trade offers patrons access to a complete array of business resources such as a flexible workspace for businesses, a co-working membership service with several levels, including two conference room facilities, private offices of various sizes, and two open office spaces up or down stairs, daily events, and classes.

edit: Wifi is free you just need to ask, and not use guest wifi, I feel the code should be listed somewhere in the backroom but suppose it needs to be hidden. A lot of information you have to ask for and isn't supplied despite having this seperate app suchas: like wifi login/door access/and even parking expectations but that could be limitation of this app and not the location itself.

The staff are super helpful and friendly. I had some issues getting onto the co-working email but they gave me access to their private one so I could work. The room has a variety of seating options, though not sure if the outlet situation is great, since I saw a couple of people moving around to find one. I had some calls I was hoping to make, but wasn’t sure of the setup — calls are not allowed if others are there, which I get. The staff did say I could hop into a conference room if they were not being used.
All-in-all I would recommend it if you are looking for a quiet place to work with good coffee at a really reasonable rate.

You're not allowed to make phone calls/Zoom calls in the working area. You have to go out onto the street (where it's noisy & hot [if it's summer]). Good if you need silence, not so great if you needed to be on conference calls.

Pros: Very quiet, internet was fairly stable, great coffee available for purchase, wonderful location in midtown. Cons: Parking wasn't included if you didn't have a day pass. I wasn't given much instruction around basics (e.g. where I could find a bathroom/water), so I felt a little out of sorts when I arrived.

The conference room had a ton of space and natural light, the TV was easy to use for my presentation, and I loved the white boards covering 3/4 of the walls. The owner Matt was so friendly and helpful. It was amazing having coffee and snacks right there. My team had a great time meeting in there and felt very at home. We will definitely be back!

I really liked the space, but in the reservation form it asked to have coffee and water provided... When we walked in they said we get a 10% discount, but it's not actually prrovided... I think that should be made clear upon booking.
