This charming Old-World and Mediterranean style building provides alternative business accommodations to serve the needs of professionals through its' Executive Suites, Virtual Office services and Meeting Room spaces. The Executive Suites offer tenants with an exceptional office environment, state-of-the art amenities, tools and technology to keep on pace with the competition, while working close to home. Virtual Office customers are provided with the perfect resources to support the professionalism they strive to convey without all the expense of traditional office costs. Meeting Rooms are available on an hourly or daily booking basis and fully equipped with flexible conference rooms that can easily be configured into numerous meeting room layouts. In addition, we accommodate all of your audio-visual and multimedia needs (60” plasma TV/Monitor, a surround sound system, an iPod docking station, Cable TV/radio and telephone equipment with hi-tech conference call and video capabilities). The meeting rooms at Center 57 can comfortably accommodate large or small groups for your business needs; the perfect space for depositions, mediation, training, conferences and basic office suite usage. Our larger meeting room is adjacent to our our beautiful Tuscany style events patio (Eventi Ltd.) that opens through French style doors. The patio is outfitted with rod iron tables and chairs. Health and Safety Policy

 

To our valued members and guests:

Your health and safety is our top priority here at Center 57.

We will be implementing the following health & safety policies to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and limit the impact on our community:

 

Social Distancing

We have adjusted and limited the amount of seating in our meeting rooms as follows:

Day Office- 3 guests

Small & Medium Board Room- 4 guests

Standard Board Room- 8 guests

Classroom 1 & 2- 8 guests

Lecture- 10 guests

 

Cleaning

We are frequently cleaning and sanitizing high-touch and shared surfaces such as but not limited to door handles, light switches & counter tops.

Cleaning and sanitizing of meeting room tables and chairs after each use.

 

Hygiene

Masks will be provided to any client or guest upon request

Please follow these important guidelines about hygiene:

Wash your hands frequently and properly. 

Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing.

Please dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use hand sanitizer.

Refrain from touching your nose or mouth. If you do, please wash your hands afterwards.

 

Food & Drink

Water Service is by request only and with the number of cups needed.

*A staff member will use gloves when handling cups and water pitcher.

Coffee will be brewed by a staff member wearing gloves and single use items will be available to keep exposure as low as possible.

Any food brought into the office should be in single-serving packaging and not available for self-serve out of a large dish, bag or container. Please do not share food.

 

If You Are Sick

For the safety of community, we are asking members who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough and cold, to please stay home. Please notify our staff if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space in the past 30 days.
