Center 57 Classroom II
Center 57 offers classroom style setups for up to 14 people for meetings that prefer a non-traditional approach to classroom settings. The Classroom II style provides two different options for setup either a “U -Shaped” or “King Arthur” with a closed table setup and chairs placed around.

With access to all of the amenities and service features in the traditional office establishments, you can meet and work comfortably in the privacy of our beautiful facility.

*Meetings ending after 5pm will have a $75 After-Hour surcharge.

Video Filming is allowed on the premises.
Phone ($)
Local phone line and conference call capabilities through an intercom phone system with VoIP technology. Available upon request in our Media Kit package for a flat rate of $30.00.
Projector ($)
Projector available upon request as part of the Media Kit package offered at a flat rate of $30.00.
Room Set-up ($)
Requires a $50.00 Set-up fee for rental and a 4-hour prior notice for availability and booking.
TV/Monitor
60” Plasma TV/Monitor affixed to the wall of the Conference Room. Includes HDMI, RGB, Monster cables and VGA inputs. Compatible with PC, MAC and Smart devices. Available upon request in our Media Kit package for a flat rate of $30.00.
Video Conference ($)
Video conferencing is available through PC, Mac and Smart devices either through Ethernet cables, DVI and/or HDMI connections to a 60” TV/Monitor wall mount. Available upon request in our Media Kit package for a flat rate of $30.00.
Whiteboard
White Board supplied with assorted markers and eraser available upon request in our Media Kit package for a flat rate of $30.00.
Catering ($)
Center 57 provides a preferred vendor list for catering options, upon request. Adjacent the patio is a kitchen equipped with stainless steel, stove-top and grill available for catering with usage fee. Self-Catering is allowed.
Coffee/Tea ($)
Keurig style coffee/tea maker available for use at $1.50 per cup.
Print/Scan/Copy ($)
Accessible connection through high- speed internet over a secured network for printing, copying and scanning either in color or black and white. Fees applied for usage.

The Client Services Representative is readily available Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM during business hours to meet and greet your customers in the lobby and direct accordingly in a professional manner.
Kitchen
In the common area of the building is a renovated kitchen for use by all Executive Suite Tenants. The kitchen is equipped with a mini oven, microwave, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, glasses, china, and flatware for your convenience.

We are located at 836 57th Street, Sacramento 95819. Feel free to park in our parking lot or to use street parking.
