Room was clean, and had a huge monitor for us to project/share our work! The room was available at our reservation time.

Customer Service at the ‘Answers’ desk was impeccable and the space was beautiful with a good vibe. BIG drawback - no whiteboard. Truly a tragedy and makes the space much less useful for group work. Even a rolling board (such as those available in HanaHaus co-working space) would be a big improvement. To note, the front desk did have an 18X24 inch whiteboard and pens available to use - however, there was nowhere in the room to prop it up for use and therefore, it wasn’t useful.

Clean room, everything worked perfectly. Be aware that the door locks behind you - don't have all your participants leave at once when taking a break.

I had a great experience using the St. Francis room. Booking and check in was super convenient. Thank you!

I'm almost hesitant to recommend this library because I don't want the reservations to become more difficult to get! But we three authors live in Santa Cruz and San Rafael, and this was a convenient space to have our brainstorm about the upcoming panel we'll be doing. Beautiful library with lots and lots of places to work and/or read (even if you don't rent a room for a meeting with others).

It is so nice to have a space to work in with another person. Thank you for providing these spaces for the community.

The AV equipment didn't work. The people working there had no idea how to use or figure out the problem. I asked for another room and was told that AV equipment didn't work either

I have enjoyed this facility several times and appreciate the ease of the process. This time, however, the meeting got canceled and I wanted to cancel it. Maybe my fault, but I could not find where to do this. I could see that "Cancelation Policy", but not a place to act to cancel. Please instruct in case there is a next time... Thanks.

At booking, it showed there is an empty space of 1.5 hours. After booking we only got 45 min. We thought this was an error of your computer system. But it was true. Right after 45 min. A few people showed up.

It is a great space. the only problem was that the AV equipment didn't work, and no one was able to get it to work.

The room was good although it seems like a homeless person had used the room before us and so there was a smell. It's really unfortunate that that's the situation but there it is.

it's a nice space although no whiteboard so just heads up. Also it is possible for anybody walking by from any direction to see what is on the monitor. as a place for a discussion it is fine though.

Ease of booking, beautifully bright, welcoming space. The glass enclosure has a feeling of inclusion with the library, pleasant view of the outside patio/garden and NO claustrophobic feeling.
