Reception was very friendly and professional, check in was easy, building security was great. Wifi was fast and easy to log onto. However, I chose this location because the offices were advertised as having windows, but I was given a windowless office. They showed me a windowed office on a different floor with no bathroom access and no cardkey access to the elevator unless I went back down to the lobby each time. Picture showed sit-stand desks but my room had a fixed desk. A/C was not working and the office was at ~80-85F all day (I took a picture of the thermostat). I asked Reception to fix it and they alerted the building manager, but there was no fix provided in the course of an 8-hour booking. Will not be coming back
